POLICIES AND RULES

Attendance Policy

  • Mandatory Attendance: Students are required to attend all classes.
  • Absence Limit: A maximum of one absence is permitted for every ten classes.
  • Grade Deduction: Exceeding the absence limit will result in a deduction from the final grade.

Grades and Certification Rules

  • Grade Distribution: The final course grade is determined by a combination of assignments and projects.
  • Letter Grade System: Grades are assigned using a letter grading system (A, B, C, etc.).
  • Minimum Grade Requirement: A grade of B+ is necessary to progress to higher-level courses within a specialization.
  • Grade Certificates: A grade certificate is issued to students achieving a grade of B- or higher.
  • Specialization Certificate: A specialization certificate is awarded upon successful completion of all courses within a specialization.
  • Grade Improvement: Students with a grade of B or B- have the opportunity to re-do assignments and projects to improve their grade.
  • Course Retake: Students with a grade below B- may retake the course at a 50% fees.

Payment Policy

  • Payment Deadline: Course or specialization fees must be paid at least two days prior to the course start

Withdrawal Policy

  • Course Withdrawal:
    • A 50% refund is available within seven days of payment.
    • No refunds are issued after eight days.
  • Specialization Withdrawal:
    • A 50% refund is available within thirty days of payment.
    • No refunds are issued after thirty days.

Recording Policy

  • Student Recording: Students attending in-person or online, are prohibited from recording any part of the class.
  • Instructor Recording: Instructors may record up to 45 minutes of a live class when deemed necessary.
